Names nichole, and ready to educate people on the wonderful life of being vegan. I have been vegan for the 14 past years. I aspire to start my own vegan café, one amazing vegan meal at a time. Food and cooking is one of my biggest passions, and I will stay true till the end. I have a lot of information to share, and open for any questions.

I absolutely love to grill. There is nothing better then to make love over an open flame with sizzling food speaking to you.

Grilling veggies is one of my favorite ways to prepare the vast varieties of the earth.

One thing that I can never get enough of is grilled fresh artichokes. Although not too healthy, I smothered them in vegan butter. I try to let myself indulge once in a while. Even though I pride myself on being extremely healthy.

As most people know, I can never have enough spices on my food. Sometimes I have to control myself and restrain myself with the amount of spices. It would be my dream to have a kitchen full of every spice you can think of. When I grill I like to keep my spices  savory with a kick at the end, or depending on the flavor of the dish I’m going for.

At this time in the middle of winter, still could not stop me from grilling. I would pull the grill in the middle of my kitchen if it came down to it.

Olive oil is my best friend. No matter what I am doing I use olive oil. I know that it is a minimal heat retaining oil, but I still use it for everything. It works for me, I have not had any problems with cooking with it, hot or cold.

SO TASTY. :]
